Welcome to the Central European Trade Register

The Central European Trade Register (CETR) has been designed with the extension states of the European Union in mind. On this site we aim to bring you updated news concerning the countries involved. Furthermore the intension is to create an extensive platform with information which will allow the user to contact buyers and sellers throughout the extended EU countries.

In 2006 the Swiss voted to increase the investments and financial aid for countries in Central Europe which were members of the EU. The monetary boost is spread over a period of ten years beginning in 2007 and aims to help stabilize and foster business and personal relationships within the countries themselves as well as cross border.

With CETR it is our intention to underline this effort by making a platform available throughout the world which offers contacts and links to companies interested in doing business. This platform will grow with the extension of the EU in particular as new members join the ranks.

On visiting the search page you are able to look for business contacts in countries within the EU extension. Companies and authorities of the 12 newest member states are depicted here. Of course, we do not claim to have an exhaustive or complete selection of data, but many major players can be found.

The 12 member states as referenced on this website are those that joined in the fifth enlargement are (in alphabetical order):

Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania , Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.
